Signed-in customers can permanently delete their account from Account Settings or the Delete Account page. The wallet must be empty and pending transactions must first be resolved. Personal profile data is removed, while anonymised financial records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, reconciliation, tax, audit or other legal obligations.
